update

ok you wanted an update well here it is...i finally broke my barrier on the scale.179 now maybe i wont be so frustrated and maybe more will come off. i am pumped and i can do this. life is very full right now and excitement runns high but all is good. Bryce is so excited about Christmas and is getting more so every day. i will write more when i have time. take care all
