hello, I'm back

well after some technical difficulties, I finally got back to my blog. things are still plugging away here. working all week and trying to pack as much fun into a weekend with my boy as I can. as well as the boring stuff, cleaning, cooking for the week...you know how it goes.

well in a few weeks my boy will be turning 5 and the party plans are already starting. A few friends from school, spiderman cake, spiderman party favors, high hopes for a pinnata...and a hope that maybe his cousins can come down for the party. we will have to see what can be arranged but it should be fun none-the-less.

I got some more news about my knee. Back to the specialist I go. It seems that I have no ligament left in my knee and surgery is a good possibility. Not sure what kind of surgery, not looking forward to surgery but hopeful that someone may be able to fix my knee a bit so I can live a more "normal" life. It would be so great to be able to do anything again without fear of injury or constant pain.

hope this short post is enought to satisfy those who thought I dropped off the face of the planet and I promise that I will write again as long as I don't get kicked out again.
